Wings 15

Description

Wings 15 is a transformative educational program designed for displaced youth who have missed years of formal schooling. With care, structure, and purpose, the program helps adolescents rebuild their academic foundation—especially in literacy and numeracy—while also fostering critical life skills needed to thrive in society. Over the course of two years, participants gain the confidence, knowledge, and values necessary to prepare for vocational training and future employment. The program emphasizes autonomy, mutual respect, and teamwork, offering a safe and supportive environment where each youth is seen, heard, and empowered to grow.
